Order Validation & Cancellation Policy

  • An order is considered valid after payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if: Stock is unavailable, A pricing error occurs, or There is an indication of misuse or fraud.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes, prices on the www.pumaelektrik.com website include 11% VAT. You can obtain a standard tax e-invoice by filling in the PKP Name, NPWP No. and NPWP Address at the time of registration, or you can edit your data in My Account. You can also email your NPWP Card to our email address at website.pen@pumaelektrik.com by mentioning the Invoice No. of your transaction. Tax e-Invoice requests can be submitted when the order is made, or a maximum of 3 to 7 days from the date the goods are shipped. Tax invoices will be made based on the product provider company (PT. PUMA ELEKTRIK NIAGA). Tax invoices are only available for products shipped by our Team.

PRODUCT RETURNS FAQ

Return Conditions & Processing

  • Return requests must be made no later than 1 day after the goods are received.
  • Products must be in the following condition: Unused, Original packaging, Complete.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after the goods are inspected by our team.

Scan/photo the shipping proof and email our Customer Care. For returns due to customer decision, PEN is not obliged to cover the return shipping fee.

Once the item arrives at our Distribution Center, the exchange will be processed within a maximum of 3 to 7×24 hours.

A warranty letter and authenticity certificate can be provided with every product purchase.
